Forest Technology Centre in Jarocin (Poland) (managed in the structure of the State Forest) is one of six plants with nationwide range and the only one producing forestry machinery. Department reports to the General Director of State Forest.

We are the largest producer (on the Polish market) of the equipment needed in the forestry ( the machine to: forest protection, soil preparation, harvesting, picking and transportation of wood).
Our products have many awards from national and international fairs.

We act as an agent in the sale of harvesters, forwarders, mini-forwarders, skidders, winches, chippers, tractors and other equipment used in forestry work.

Substrutum sower SRS for arboretums enables regular substrutum sowing on arboretum’s areas. Sowing subsrutum is regulated speed portioned, mixed with soil and rolled by string roller. Substrutum sower is recommended for dry tender substutums because it’s immediately mixed with soil. Substrutums construction enables various loose substance sowing ex. compost. Substrutum sower can not be used for clump and powdery substance ex. fertilizers. Substrutums elements (belt feeder, string shaft) are self-contained controled so it can work with each device off. Substrutums construction enables self-contained operation with tractor.

High trees sprinkler is designed for high trees spraying however due to its’ construction it also can be used for long range spraying made horizontally or for traditional field spraying made by using standard field spraying machines. During high trees spray, liquid is brought into the air-jet using traditional nozzles or a diffuser with atomizer. Hydraulic control used in the machine allows for stepless (free) adjustment of the diffuser inclination angle from the vertical in the range from 10 to 80 degrees. This adjustment may be done during working crossing and in continuous way (without operator) in full or limited range using limit switches. The fully equipped spraying machine is mounted at a single-axle undercarriage. When the machine is operated with standard field bar it must be dismounted from the undercarriage and fixed at the tractors’ 3-point hitch.

Road’s Shredder RSD 20 (with horizontaly work shaft and immovable knive) is designed for sward overgrown or point hardening (ex. construction rubble or tarmac waste) of forests’ road surface grinding. Grinding should be made always before road’s leveling and soil compacting. Additionally Shredder can be used for branch crushing (after clear cut) and other shredder’s treatments.

Road’s shredder is drive from standard tractors with power min output of 140 kW (suggested tractor’s drive 4x4). Power need directly depending from work depth. Simply adjustement can be made by changing tractor’s triple-point hang (during drive) or side skids’ height attachement.

Seeder SZU “Sobański” is designed for pine seed during area renewal. It also can be use for simultaneously oak and other trees seeds seed, ex. lime-tree, sycamore, beech on clear cuts or after agricultural areas together with tillage made by LPz-OTL or P1T plought.

Sowing is enabled by plought and seeder SZU frame agregated all together. Seeding is made from five diffrent containers attached and can be made together or apart from each container – controlled from tractor’s cabin.

Part of seeds are seed on 5-8 cm depth (from two containers), rest of seeds are seed on surface and can be covered by and rolled with soil.

Forest hook set PH is design to pick up short wood (1,1 – 2,1 m) from gain area and transport it on stake platforms to forest road for further transport. Load and unload can be made by crane hanged on tractor’s triple point hitch. Hook set can also be use for waste containers, energetic wood transport and loose material (gravel).

Hook’s set chassis is equiped in brakes and lights installation. It’s drive by tractor’s hydraulic installation with minimum 50 litres per minute pump output. Single axis drive set amends traction conditions and low pressure tyres connected with tandem drive set enables transport on forest roads.

Road leveller V4-240 is 4-knive machine attached to tractors, designed for forest roads maintenance, fire rescue roads, etc. Its’ long frame, proper blades angle and 4-knive make leveller the best equipment for road level by groove bulldoze and prevents road irregularity duplication. Hydraulic steering makes deep control smoothly.

Its’ heaviness and frame extra load possibility by extenders, enables irregularity level. Road leveller V4 -240 is manufacture by the OTL Jarocin under "VRETEN" AB –Sweden licence.

Saw-splitter set (ŁP) is designed for fireplace wood preparation. Saw-splitter set makes 60 cm long wood pieces. Each time set can split wood with 300 mm diameter on two or four pieces.

Splitted wood’s pieces are moved on belt transporter to trailer.
